Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 · Last Updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Southwest Tax Law website and any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, leads, and any other persons who access or use the Service.

2. About Southwest Tax Law

Southwest Tax Law is operated by Simple Tree Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). We connect individuals and businesses with a network of ex-IRS employees, enrolled agents, CPAs, and licensed tax attorneys who provide federal IRS representation and Arizona state tax resolution services.

Simple Tree Digital LLC is a marketing and client intake organization. Legal representation, when engaged, is provided by a licensed attorney within our network under a separate signed engagement letter. Information provided on this site is for general educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for individualized legal or tax advice.

3. No Financial, Tax, or Legal Advice

All settlement examples, savings figures, and outcome estimates presented on this website are illustrative examples based on modeled or hypothetical scenarios unless specifically labeled as an actual client result. They are not guarantees of performance, savings, or case outcome. Actual results will vary based on your specific IRS account history, income, assets, filing history, and the applicable collection statute.

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult a qualified, licensed professional regarding your specific circumstances before making any decision based on information found on this site.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of this website, submission of a contact form, or a phone consultation does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is established only through a signed engagement letter with a licensed attorney in our network. This website constitutes attorney advertising under applicable rules of professional conduct in the jurisdictions where our network attorneys practice. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and each case is evaluated on its own facts.

5. Information You Provide

When you submit your contact information through our website, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You consent to being contacted by Southwest Tax Law or our authorized network members by phone, text message, or email regarding tax debt resolution services.
  • You are the individual or an authorized representative for the tax matter in question.
  • You are at least 18 years of age.

You may opt out of communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message or emailing us at [email protected].

6. Fees

Consultations offered through this website are free and carry no obligation. If you choose to engage our services, fees are flat rate and disclosed in writing before you sign any engagement agreement. We do not charge hourly rates, and there are no hidden fees beyond what is disclosed at signing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Simple Tree Digital LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Southwest Tax Law and Simple Tree Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or its services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms, outside of a separately signed engagement agreement, shall not exceed $100.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including government agencies and outside resources. These links are provided for convenience only. We have no control over the content or practices of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Pima County, Arizona.
